The Junior Assembler will assemble manufactured products and pack according to specifications. Duties/Responsibilities: Assembles components, fabricated metal products, electrical equipment, and more according to directions. Reads blueprints, schematics, or similar documentation, then builds to those specifications. Uses various powered and hand tools to accomplish assigned tasks. We are seeking an Assembler for our Mandeville, LA office on the 2nd shift. Second shift is Monday-Thursday 12pm-10pm. Core Responsibilities Assembly and disassembly of pumps in shop. Completion of comprehensive inspections of pumps and components. Identification of the cause(s) of mechanical/electrical pump failures & recommend corrective action. Daily maintenance of department equipment and tools. Record and monitor each order's labor and material. Ensure and control safety and quality assurance at all times. Inventory functions, to include stocking, pulling parts, and conducting inventory audits under direction. May be required to assist service mechanics in field repair.
