Use of the overhead crane and forklift to safely perform all large lifting and moving operations. Assists Senior Assemblers in other job duties. Desired Skills/Qualifications: Must have experience with hand and power tools Must have experience with brazing and soldering Must have a mechanical background Must be able to perform basic math functions Must be able to read a tape measure Must have a high level of attention to detail Able to follow procedures from assembly drawings Regularly lift/ move up to 25 pounds; frequently lift/move up to 50 pounds Education is not a prerequisite for winding or assembly candidates who have any relatable positive work history that includes experience with the skills listed in the job posting. Priority would be given to candidates who have earned a related technical school certificate, or who have two or more years of machine operation or mechanical assembly experience. This applies equally to the open positions in both the military and CS/CI cells.
