Key Responsibilities:
Assemble wafer fabrication equipment using hand tools, torque wrenches, and fixtures.
Read and follow computer-based work instructions, schematics, and diagrams.
Verify parts and perform visual inspections before and after installation.
Collaborate with team members to maintain workflow and meet production goals.
Support changing priorities including rework, audits, and pilot build projects.
Complete assigned tasks and verify completion through Cell Fusion documentation.
Uphold all safety and cleanroom standards while maintaining an organized workspace.
Utilize Microsoft Office and internal systems for task tracking and reporting.
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
1+ year of experience in mechanical assembly, manufacturing, or related field.
Proficiency with hand tools, torque wrenches, and measurement equipment.
Ability to read schematics, work instructions, and assembly documentation.
Strong attention to detail, flexibility, and commitment to quality.
Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.

Part-time Description
Assemble a multitude of products for display and purchase. Products for assembly include but are not limited to: smoker grills, mowers, wheelbarrows, ag sprayers, camp stoves, snow blowers, power equipment, and various product accessories. Provide custodial services in keeping the restroom areas, shopping floor and warehouse clean and safe.
*Considered candidates must be available to work M-F between 7am-11am, additional hours may vary depending on the store needs.
Essential Functions/Duties:
Independently read manufacture instructional manuals and follow directions to assemble a variety of equipment and products.
Maintain clean and organized shop where tools and equipment are safe to use and easy to find.
Manually assemble products as directed using both hand-tools and power-tools.
Provide assistance in receiving and displaying merchandise in accordance with specific established policies, procedures and standards.
Move material using appropriate material handling tools and equipment including but not limited to: by hand, hand truck, pallet jack, dolly, and/or operation of forklifts or other vehicles.
Clean and maintain restrooms and all other areas within the store.
Sweep, mop, dust, vacuum, etc....basic housekeeping duties related to cleaning floors, counters, toilets, sinks, mirrors and all other devices or areas throughout the store.
Restocking needed material in restrooms and break room areas.
Maintain a safe work environment while doing cleaning tasks.
Other duties as assigned by store management.
Occasionally:
Answer telephones and handle routine customer telephone inquiries.
Provide merchandise/product knowledge to customers and recommend alternative or accessory goods.
Requirements
Required Skills/Experience: Mechanical and technical aptitude and experience preferred, not required. Must have organizational skills to ensure all necessary tools, parts and accessories are on hand. Ability to read, understand and follow specific instructions and procedures. Ability to sort, check, count, and verify numbers. Ability to work as a team. Proven work history in doing custodial or janitorial work is preferred, not required.
Required Education/Certification: High School diploma, GED or equivalent experience preferred not required.
Other Requirements: Due to the physical nature of this job, you will be required to bend, stoop, kneel, stand, walk, climb, crawl, wipe, scrub, reach, push, pull, etc. Must be able to work majority of shift standing and be able to lift up to 75 pounds, (majority of lifting will be between 5 to 45 lbs) to move merchandise, be able to climb, reach, bend, stoop and crawl. Must be able to physically participate in resets, remodels and reconstruction projects. Must be able to use proper cleaning tools/equipment needed to perform duties.

The Final Assembly Lead is a hands-on leader responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the mechanical integration team. This role ensures the successful assembly of large-scale backup power systems by coordinating workflow, supporting team development, and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency. The Lead works closely with engineering, quality, and production teams to ensure all mechanical integration tasksfrom Tank Prep to Engine Finishare completed accurately and on schedule. Accountabilities:
Lead and coordinate the daily activities of the mechanical integration team across all Final Assembly levels.
Ensure proper installation of generator systems including exhaust, fuel, air, and hydraulic components.

Provide on-the-job training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Mentor and train team members on detailed tasks; provide expert advice to lower-level employees on various situations.
Fill in as backup to Team Lead; collaborate with leadership to develop and implement new strategies for best practices and process improvement.
Demonstrate the ability to troubleshoot and solve all enclosure issues without supervision; guide Level IIII employees through troubleshooting.

Work Environment and Physical Demands
FLSA executive and professional positions paid on a salary basis, where project requirements and tight client deadlines may require workweeks over forty (40) hours (including weekends or holidays).
This role is primarily based in a manufacturing environment, with exposure to indoor and outdoor conditions.
Mobility: Ability to stand, kneel, stoop, or crouch for 810 hours per day.
Manual Dexterity: Frequent use of hands to handle tools and components.
Lifting: Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 100 lbs. All lifting should follow OSHA standards.
Visual and Auditory Requirements: Must be able to see and hear well enough to navigate the plant safely and communicate effectively with team members.
Must pass a background check and drug screening.
