Our new Ladson, SC facility will produce a comprehensive suite of fully automated and integrated products for aviation, shipping ports, border crossings, and critical infrastructure customers. These systems provide threat detection by screening baggage, cargo, and people at checkpoints around the world. The **Lab Assembler** will be responsible for the rapid manufacturing of the consumable products used in our Trace detection systems. This is a repetitive manufacturing environment with a handful of variations. In this role the assembler must be able to read and interpret associated documentation while preparing raw materials for various steps of the process. Some of these steps will include washing, baking, measuring, and mixing of required materials. This person must be detailed oriented and safety conscious to maintain proper ratios and safe handling of the product. Once all required steps are complete samples will be tested and submitted to quality control for verification. The final step will be packaging into small containers with serialization and lot tracking applied. Uses high-impact vibratory tools (bucking/riveting) and adheres to safety and compliance standards. Required Skills: 1+ years of experience following detailed work instructions and interpreting blueprints/specifications. Ability to work variable shifts (1st, 2nd, or 3rd). Experience with aircraft structural parts, assembly, and fabrication. Proficient with conventional lathe, milling, measuring tools, and power/pneumatic hand tools. Strong communication skills, work ethic, and attention to detail. Ability to carry/lift 10-35 pounds and work with high hazard chemicals. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
