Job Description The Production/ Assembler position assists in manual labor along a production line or in production cells assembling or disassembling various component parts related to hard goods athletic equipment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties as assigned) Monitors all phases of the reconditioning process. Performs routine checks and visual, in-process inspections. Receives work assignments from the Production Supervisor. Assists in resolving minor in-process issues. Reads, understands, and interprets customer contracts and special requirements. Follows work instructions/specifications to determine required assembly, exterior finish on a product and any special options. Examines assembly and connections for correct fit, fastening parts and sub-assemblies following work instructions/specifications.
