What you'll Get to do:
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws
Continuously checks on work in process and completed
Conducts quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, Assembly, or related field
J-STD-001 solder certification, or similar experience or certifications
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required
U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret clearance
SAP clearances/experience
Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems
IPC-A-620 Standard certification for cable and wire harness assemblies including crimped, soldered and mechanically secured connections

Perform setups and adjustments while holding tolerances to specifications.
Carry out tasks related to the assembly of electronic equipment, including cables, harnesses, chassis, and printed circuit boards, or mechanical assembly of panels, LRUs (Line Replaceable Units), batteries, and servo motors.
Disassemble, modify, rework, and reassemble assemblies or subassemblies as needed.
Observe all laws, regulations, and applicable obligations wherever and whenever business is conducted on behalf of the company.
Work safely and adhere to established operating procedures and practices.
Assist in training lower-level assemblers as needed.
Perform housekeeping and cleanup duties upon completion of assigned tasks.
Carry out other duties as assigned or required.
