What you'll Get to do:
Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables
Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws
Continuously checks on work in process and completed
Conducts quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications
Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions.
Basic Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, Assembly, or related field
J-STD-001 solder certification, or similar experience or certifications
The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required
U.S. citizenship required
Preferred Qualifications:
Active DoD Secret clearance
SAP clearances/experience
Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems

Identify materials, parts and assemblies as required
Prepare surfaces of parts and assemblies prior to painting
Includes cleaning, sanding and masking
Operate on-line, computer-aided x-ray equipment where film developing and certification are not required
Loads, unloads and operates fuel control test fixtures
Verifies and records data from testing process

In this role, you will be responsible for the assembly and installation of various signal and sign assemblies in accordance with established procedures, technical drawings, schematics, and wiring tables.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform assembly of traffic signals, signs, and related components according to work orders, manufacturing instructions, blueprints, and assembly drawings.
Route and secure wires through conduit, pipes, and other enclosures.
Perform equipment change-overs.
Responsible for quality control. Make adjustments as necessary to produce Product within specifications. Reject product outside specifications.
Use a variety of hand tools and power tools to assemble parts and sub-assemblies safely and accurately.
Operate a pallet jack and forklift to move materials and finished goods within the warehouse.
Complete daily production logs.
Maintain a clean and organized work area and follow all workplace safety guidelines.
Requirements
Must have a high school diploma or GED.
Must have a minimum of six months of training/education in a related field, or previous job-related experience.
Experience with operating a pallet jack and forklift safely.
Proficient in using hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment.
Ability to read and interpret technical documents, specifications, assembly drawings, and wiring diagrams. Ability to work from verbal instructions as well.
Familiarity with LED systems and basic electrical wiring is helpful.
