Perform detailed assembly operations to mass-produce automotive components. Use assigned hand tools to perform fitting or fastening operations according to work instructions and TS16949/ISO standards. Review all quality alerts prior to the start of shift. Follow all duties listed in the MES (Manufacturing Execution System). Comply with all quality policies and procedures. Initiate action to prevent non-conformities in product, process, or quality. Identify and document any problems relating to product, process, or quality. Report equipment or machine malfunctions promptly to leadership. Safely handle, maintain, and care for all company equipment, tools, and facilities. Perform daily routine cleaning and maintenance to maintain a safe and healthy workplace.
