ESSENTIAL DUTIES: Must have experience working with PCB, electrical wiring, and electrical components Strong soldering and de-soldering skills Solder/Mount assembled components, such as, resistors, transistors, capacitors, integrated circuits and sockets on chassis panels & on PCBs. Must have good technical background and understand basic electronics Use hand tools such as crimps, stakes, wire strippers, cements, press fits, or similar hand tools Must be able to pot required components Must be able to tin wires Must be able to work with small components Layout control boxes; drill and punch. Layout back panels; drill and tap. Plan, layout and perform diversified wiring on a variety of custom and standard products. Loading firmware/software onto required subassemblies/final products Test electrical controls and adjust as required Ability to follow strict rules and procedures to meet Good Manufacturing Process and Safety requirements.
