As an Assembler, your primary role will be to manufacture all necessary parts to build complete window units, deliver these parts, and assemble them into finished windows. You will be responsible for correctly fitting parts together to assemble either a sash or a frame, as well as installing hardware in position and attaching it to the part. It is your duty to inspect the windows during assembly to detect and eliminate defective parts, ensuring that the windows work properly before packaging. In addition, you will be cross-trained to perform other roles in the shop as required, therefore a willingness to learn and adapt is key.
