Knowledge of Kazan or Japanese theory/theology is not needed but aides in one's success. FP2 POSITIONS: These areas are mostly machining areas while the machine does most of the work but the associates are assembling small parts to condenser, evaporators, heater cores before cycling the machines. Although the areas are not as fast, the amount of parts and/or additions to the materials listed above can be from 10 to15 pieces. In this role, you will be responsible for assembling various corrugate components and products in a timely and efficient manner. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success, and you will collaborate closely with other team members to ensure that all products meet our high standards of quality and safety. Hours: 1st shift 6am to 2pm Monday through Friday with occasional Saturday and overtime. Key Responsibilities: Assemble various components and products according to specifications and blueprints. Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality and safety standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members to identify and resolve any issues that arise during the assembly process. Meet production goals and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in assembly or a related field. Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to bend, reach, stoop, squat, and stand for up to 8 hours. Good hand-eye coordination. Occasional lifting of up to 50 pounds and frequent lifting of 10-20 pounds . Understanding of machine set-up, machine runs, plant data entry, handwork, or assembly assignments. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with hand and power tools. Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles. Skills: As an Assembly professional, you will utilize your strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment to fulfill assembly tasks. Your excellent communication and teamwork skills will be essential for collaborating with other team members and resolving issues during the assembly process. Experience with hand and power tools, as well as familiarity with Lean Manufacturing principles, will be beneficial for success in this role.
