Being able to manage your own store and control your own schedule.

Cons of working at Assemblers

Corporate office hires too many technicians and throw them in your location, cutting the ability to earn good money for everyone, including veterans who can handle the workload without any help. Hiring for the sake of hiring.

Now? There isn't a benefit to working there. Maybe 2-3 years ago but not anymore.
