Description:

Fabricate equipment accurately and with proper procedures in a timely manner.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in fabrication process

Knowledge of all types of hand tools, fabricating equipment, measuring devices

Work on stainless steel fabrication, including to but not limited to:

Cutting tube

Operate hand grinders

Polishing

Bending

Assembly

NDT/Liquid Penetrate all inside welds on an electro polished vessels

Install and maintain utility/service lines

Operate overhead crane and/or forklift

Physically capable of wearing protective eye, ear, and head gear.

Must be able to stand 8+ hours per day.

Inspect and maintain proper and safe operation of all shop equipment

Conduct operations in a safe manner

Recommend improvements

Execute other tasks as assigned

Welders

Description:

Work detail drawings fit-up piece parts: fit, tack and weld piece parts according to detail drawings with components consisting of stainless steel channels, brackets, angles, sheathing, assemblies and sub-assemblies

Ensure all dimensions are correct to specified drawings

Weld complete assembly according to specified welding standards

Must be able to make all welds uniform and clean, and complete work to employer's specifications

Set-up welding equipment for lays outs, cutting and fit material for welds

Analyzes engineering drawings and specifications to plan layout, assembly, and welding operations

Polishing and cleaning weld joint of work pieces

Welders are required to weld in all position (6G)

Must be able to read and have knowledge of weld symbols on blue prints

G.T.A.W - Experience with stainless steel 1G-6G positions

Able to calculate circumferences

Fabricate equipment accurately and with proper procedures in a timely manner

**Description:** Builds up, fabricates, cures, and assembles various types of plastic, ceramic and composite products and assemblies, including bonded and mechanically\-fastened assemblies, where required information is not readily available, operational sequences change or vary considerably, tooling is inadequate or not provided, where it is required to exercise a knowledge of the physical properties of materials such as, but not limited to, thermosets, thermoplastics, plastics, ceramics and composites and their forming and processing characteristics, and of the physical and bonding characteristics of materials and adhesives used; locates to all critical reference points, and assures coordination of parts and subassemblies to exacting tolerances when required in building assemblies, and in incorporating design or modification changes, which materially alter previous assembly references and sequence; builds laminated assemblies by determining proper placement, and laying up composite, plastic and metal parts and adhesives onto tools or molds; prepares parts for bagging, including placement of bleeders, thermocouples, probes and vacuum connections, checks seals on completed bagged parts for leaks; sets up assemblies and parts in various types of processing and curing equipment such as an autoclave, oven or platen press in order to obtain desired set and cure; operates autoclave controls to obtain and maintain proper temperature, pressure and time cycle in accordance with engineering materials process specifications; corrects defects as required\.

Job Description:
