Machine Operators & Assemblers Details:
Temp-to-Hire position $16.10 to $16.10 /hour Full Time and Part Time work available Weekend work required Second Shift (Monday through Friday from 02:45pm to 11:15pm)
Third Shift (Sunday through Thursday from 10:45pm to 7:15am)

Machine Operators & Assemblers Qualifications:
Assembly experience a plus, yet willing to train Work independently and as a team to achieve quality and productivity goals No jewelry, nail polish, makeup, or hair products can be work in sterile environment Must be able to lift, push, pull 40 lbs occasionally
Applicant may be subject to a background check Pre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment

• Prior experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
• Reading comprehension - understanding written sentences and paragraphs in work related documents.
• Language - read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions.
• Mathematics - knowledge of basic math and their applications.
• Writing - complete paperwork and documents at the work station.
• Manual dexterity - ability to quickly move your hand, your hand together with your arm, or both hands to grasp or assemble objects. Ability to coordinate your limbs while sitting or standing.
• Ability to frequently lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 25 pounds.

• Pay Rate: $18.10/HR to $19.65/HR depending on position/shift
• Referral Bonus: $200 after 90 days on assignment
• 1st Shift: 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM
• 2nd Shift : 2:30 PM to 11:00 PM
• Sign-on Bonus: Up to $1500 after 90 days

How will you contribute?

• Assemblers:
  • Assemble and pack medical devices in a clean room/non-clean room environment following specifications.
• Machine Operators:
  • Set-up and operate automation equipment for manufacturing operations as specified by drawings, procedures, specifications, and work orders.

Your Key Qualifications:

• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• 1 - 3 years manufacturing experience required
• Good communication skills in English, both written and oral
• Must agree to wear required cleanroom jumpsuit
