The Production & Assembly Associate is responsible for the successful completion of required daily production work orders and order fulfillment for all Finished Good products. This person will work with the purchasing, planning, and quality teams to ensure the efficient flow of materials from receipt of goods through shipment to our customers.
Your day to day...
* Responsible for unloading, inspecting, and signing for delivered materials from various sources
* Process material transactions in the ERP system following the receiving processes. Distributes to warehouse location or QA area for further inspection
* Follow all established procedures, housekeeping guidelines and safety regulations
* Utilize proper Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures per task or work order to efficiently produce required product
* Performs required pre-assembly tasks, such as insert preparation or product labeling and/or post-assembly tasks, such as final cartridge assembly or packaging
* Uses tabletop pump and scale to pour oil into cartridge and fill to defined quantity, following the established procedures
* Complete the required information on work orders, validating raw materials consumed
* Avoiding cross contamination of the finished goods by maintaining a clean and organized work environment
* Communicate to Management progress and /or any problems that arise during the production run including any issues that prevent achieving the daily production goals
* Responsible for finished goods inventory accuracy, periodic physical counts, and management of shipping supplies
* Responsible for shipment accuracy and on-time delivery for orders to our customers
* Make recommendations for productivity improvements and assist in implementation of required changes to optimize the processes
Who we are looking for...
* High School diploma or equivalent
* Ability to communicate effectively orally
* Must have ability and knowledge to drive a motorized pallet lift and pallet jacks for moving and placing inventory
* Willingness to work overtime, including an occasional Saturday when required to accomplish urgent production goals
* Is a team player with the willingness to fill in at any position as needed
* Must be punctual and have good attendance
* Has respect for people, standards and facts
* Works in support of ScentAir's Core Values

Physical Demand
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit, use hands to operate a computer and calculator, and talk or hear. The employee is required to stand; walk, reach with hands and arms, climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee must be capable of lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
