Work collaboratively with co-workers to maintain efficiency and workflow. Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Experience: Prior warehouse or packing experience is helpful but not required (training provided). Skills & Abilities: Ability to follow written and verbal English instructions accurately. Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity. Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills. Basic proficiency with computer systems and digital tools relevant to daily operations. Key Essential Functions Must be able to stand for at least 8 hours at a day and up to 10 hours per day during peak periods. Must be able to lift up to 30-50 pounds. Must perform repetitive motions for an entire shift (bending, reaching, lifting, scanning labels, packing boxes). Must be able to work onsite for all scheduled shifts. Must be able to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and moderate noise.
