Assist in the production of quality food products by performing the following duties as applicable to a specific task or department. Essential duties and responsibilities include but are not limited to: Set-up/tear-down workstation & line as required; removes tenders from carcass; sort and grade product; make boxes; bag finished product; pack bagged product into boxes; tape boxes; scale boxed product to required weight; label boxes as applicable to customer specifications;Operates a lift/jack to move and load product; Moves pallets from the production area to the cooler; Loads outgoing shipments; Fills boxes with ice for use in packing product for shipment; and maintains work area in a safe and sanitary manner.
