In this role you will be responsible for performing the final assembly, inspection, and auditing of stencils and related products to ensure they meet all customer, company, and quality specifications. Key Responsibilities: Perform final assembly of products including framing, mounting, epoxy application, taping, gluing, and curing according to work orders and customer specifications. Operate ScanCAD, MicroVu, and laser systems for product inspection, verification, and final processing. Conduct final audits and inspections on completed products using visual, mechanical, and measurement techniques to verify conformity to drawings, specifications, and standards. Set up, operate, and monitor laser cutting equipment based on work order requirements. Perform test cuts and calibrations to ensure accuracy and quality. Follow all work instructions and standard operating procedures. Provide feedback for continuous improvement. Perform and record routine preventative maintenance on assigned tools, lasers, and inspection equipment to ensure optimal and safe operation. Verify that all prior operations have been completed before final processing or inspection. Handle and stage materials properly to prevent damage. Use approved product handling techniques at all times. Accurately document inspection results, quality data, and equipment performance using established systems and databases. Identify, contain, and report non-conforming product. Assist in rework, containment, and corrective action activities as directed. Support process monitoring and improvement initiatives including 5S, CPI projects, and capability studies. Communicate clearly and professionally with production, engineering, and quality teams regarding product status and quality findings. Maintain all required ISO, OSHA, and company standards of safety, cleanliness, and documentation. Perform additional tasks as assigned by management to support production and quality goals. Prior experience in manufacturing, assembly, or quality inspection environment preferred. Experience with ERP systems. Strong attention to detail and ability to recognize product and process discrepancies. Experience operating ScanCAD, MicroVu, and/or laser cutting equipment preferred. Skilled reading comprehension and mathematical skills, including the ability to apply basic algebra, fractions, ratios, and percentages. Basic computer proficiency. Experience with Microsoft Excel and Word preferred. Working knowledge of inspection methods, measurement tools, and visual standards. Ability to interpret work orders, technical drawings, and customer specifications. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information accurately and professionally. Demonstrated organizational skills, positive attitude, and teamwork orientation. Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast paced, results driven manufacturing environment. Must pass all required drug, background, and compliance screenings. Willingness to work rotating shifts, weekends, callouts, and overtime as required.
