- Use stamping tools when necessary
- Clean, sand, and prepare oxygen cylinders for painting, ensuring surfaces are free of rust, grease, and contaminants
- Apply primer and topcoats using spray guns, brushes, or rollers, following safety guidelines and industry standards
- Inspect finished products for consistency in coating thickness and overall appearance, adjusting as necessary
- Maintain and clean painting equipment, including spray guns and hoses, to ensure optimal performance
- Follow all safety procedures and protocols, including the proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
- Work closely with team members to meet production deadlines and maintain a smooth workflow
- Assist in tracking and managing paint supplies and materials
Paint Line Worker Requirements:
- Must speak, read, and write fluent English due to the extreme paperwork involved
- Must have a drivers license and own vehicle
- Knowledge of hand and power tools
- Previous experience working in a paint department
