Complete cross-training initiatives across multiple work areas/processes to be able to support production needs across the entire facility. Maintain accurate production logs and documentation as required. Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve production efficiency and quality. Follow work instructions for each area of the fabrication department. Follow all safety instructions. Assist in the training of new hires. Report quality problems to applicable supervisor.
