Packaging Line Expert: Safely load and operate packaging and labeling equipment according to exact specifications.
Hands-On Precision: Perform essential tasks like inner casing, master packing, and loading cards and blisters with speed and accuracy.
Quality & Verification: Understand our quality expectations (SOPs), verify the lot code on every product, and ensure all containers are perfectly finished.
Problem Identification: Use your entry-level troubleshooting skills to identify minor equipment issues and notify the appropriate personnel quickly.
Compliance Champion: Maintain a firm understanding of and comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices.

Machine Assembly Technician I
is responsible for
a
ssembling mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units.
This position reports to the Value Stream Leader, Machine Assembly and is part of the Machine Assembly team located in Coralville Iowa and will be an on-site role

This role is anticipated to work a weekday day shift (Monday-Friday, 7:00a-4:00p).
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
Sets up and operates automatic or semiautomatic machines and related equipment in a continuous production/processing operation.
Follows engineering drawings, work order information, Manufacturing Assembly Procedures, SOPs, and other written and verbal specifications in the manufacturing process.
Assembles mechanical units, fabricated parts/components, and/or electrical/electronic systems to make sub-assemblies, assemblies or complete units using hand tools, power tools, jigs, fixtures and miscellaneous equipment.
The essential requirements of the job include:
Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings
Install, modify, troubleshoot machinery and equipment according to requisition established documentation
Monitors meters, gauges, valves, flow ratios, temperatures, pressures, and related controls and guidelines to ensure adherence to production/process specifications.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
