Minimum Qualifications Required :

We are looking for a Wiring Assembler to join our team at IFAB. This role will support the wiring and assembly of electrical cabinets, contributing to the accurate and efficient assembly of electrical components. The ideal candidate has 6 months to 1 year of experience in wiring or electrical assembly, with basic knowledge of reading wiring diagrams and following work instructions.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform wiring and assembly tasks to produce semi-finished or final electrical cabinets, systems, and panels.
Complete work manually or with light hand tools.
Read and follow wiring diagrams, schematics, and work instructions.
Carry out basic quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with standards.
Operate within standard procedures and maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Qualifications:
6 months to 1 year of experience in wiring or electrical assembly within a manufacturing environment.
Basic ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and follow work instructions.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn.
Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications (Nice to Have):
