Your daily responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assembling recreational vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
Installing roll cages, mirrors, and other components on recreational vehicles
Utilizing required safety equipment
Using a provided starter kit of tools, or your own if preferred
Paying close attention to detail
Qualifications:

Job Summary: This is a direct labor role within the designated assembly supporting all aspects. A fast-paced, quality oriented and team-focused employee is needed due to the dynamic environment of these work areas.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Assembler - Level 1(Entry Level)
Utilize all the necessary tools to ensure quality parts are manufactured to customer expectations.
Ensure the cleanliness and safety of the immediate work area(s) and surrounding areas.
Efficiently assemble sheet metal components using provided hand tools, pneumatic tools and diagrams.
Work well as a positive team member in a fast paced and dynamic work environment.
An ability to effectively communicate within a team environment and train others as needed.
Detail orientation, eye and hand coordination, mechanical ability,
Ability to read blueprints and work instructions.
Must be able to work from job ticket, standard work documents, manuals or verbal instructions.
Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition, following industry and Dalsin best practices.
Basic math skills, Add, subtract, multiply, divide
Notify the manager of concerns when help is needed.
Use the appropriate tools and equipment necessary to perform the job, including inspection equipment.
Collaborates to identify and implement ways to improve overall performance within area of responsibility using continuous improvement methods.
Execute and support approved opportunities to improve efficiency, productivity, quality, safety and overall effectiveness.
Utilize the ERP system applicable for your specific role.

Assembler-Level 2
Competent in all Level I essential duties and responsibilities
Ability to locate, track, and move items in the ERP system.
Effective performance requires a deep working knowledge of jobs and workflow in your assigned department.
Detail orientation, electrical/wiring ability.
Ability to detect colors consistent with electrical wiring.
Ability to meet quality and productivity requirements of complex sealing and caulking.
Fork-lift certified.
Assembler-Level 3
Competent in all Level I and 2 essential duties and responsibilities
Accurately route, land, fasten and secure electrical connections using pre-terminated wires per standard work documentation, schematics, and best practices.
Performance test product using electrical/electronic test equipment and software.
Move freely to any workstation within the environment to maximize production flow and overall efficiency.
Detail orientation, eye and hand coordination, electrical/wiring ability, and ability to follow specific testing and documentation procedures including product tracking and serialization.
Ability to read wiring schematics.
Computer to Test production units.
Observes opportunities to improve safety, quality, delivery, cost and can effectively try/communicate these opportunities.
