The MMC Assembler is responsible for maintaining the production of medical case cart products to meet customer requirements. What You'll do as a MMC Assembler Ability to assemble based on knowledge of the functions of major component parts and sub-assemblies within an assigned area. Maintain published productivity standards on moderately challenging assemblies by utilizing a traveler, blueprint and standard work. One of our customers is searching for an Assembler! Summary:Performs assembly and quality inspections to product manufactured and sourced in the plant. Responsibilities: Use and follow written work instructions, samples or other publications to perform assembly operations to parts/product. Adhere to good manufacturing practices as related to production and quality standards. Perform quality checks through visual inspection and/or operate assembled parts to ensure all products are in compliance with company standards. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed in a timely fashion in accordance with company guidelines. Complete accurate documentation and record number of product or parts produced. May be required to do production/light assembly or any other company duties depending on workload. Manually pack parts into various sized containers.
