Summary
We are seeking a skilled Intermediate Assembler to join our team in the manufacturing industry. As an Intermediate Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling products and ensuring that they meet the highest quality standards. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure that all products are assembled efficiently and effectively. Your attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will be critical to your success in this role. 1st Shift: Monday - Thursday 6:00am - 3:30pm and Friday 6:00am - 10:00am
Responsibilities
Assemble products according to specifications, blueprints, and work instructions.
Inspect and test components and assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify and troubleshoot assembly issues, providing solutions to improve processes and product quality.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to refine assembly procedures and implement best practices.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment and follow all safety protocols and company policies.
Mentor and train junior assemblers, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and productivity.
Participate in continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency and product quality.
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an assembly role.
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.
Understanding of Lean principles and 5S methodology.
Strong understanding of assembly techniques, tools, and equipment.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, schematics, and specifications.
Strong mechanical aptitude and proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
Excellent problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and work collaboratively.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive approach, demonstrating initiative in daily tasks.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Work Environment and Physical Requirements
The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Candidates must be able to stand for approximately 80% of their shift, walk approximately 20% of their shift, and carry 60-80 lbs. Additionally, candidates must have the ability to push/pull up to 1000 lbs. on a pallet jack or cart as required.
Closing Date: December 31st, 2025. While we anticipate keeping this position open through this date, the posting may be extended or closed earlier depending on applicant volume and hiring needs.
Base Compensation: The base pay for this role is between $20 - $24 an hour and will be determined based on the individuals experience. This role is also eligible for benefits and an annual bonus.
Location: This position is located fully onsite in Longmont, CO.

Day to day responsibilities:
Parts Inspection and Quality Control of powder coated product.
Takedown parts from racks using crane, lift or other methods.

Attention to detail is key for any applicant. This is a production position you will have the opportunity to move to different departments as you gain experience. Position requires the ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, reach and stoop throughout the day. You must be able to be on your feet for an 8 plus hour shift. Excellent attendance is critical to your success in this position.
Application are being taken for second shifts: Second shift from 12:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Starting pay is based on like experience in coating between $18.00 and $20.00 per hour.
