Perform precision hand soldering of surface-mount and through-hole components to IPC Class 3 standards. Responsible for assembling and soldering high-reliability printed circuit boards (PCBs) and sub assemblies in accordance with industry standards such as IPC J-STD-001, IPC-A-610. Full-time Description The assembly operator oversees and operates machines necessary to swage cable, to perform cable end treatments, to swage fittings, to cut or trim cable, to grind assemblies to length and to assemble cable components. Counts packages and labels completed cable assemblies. This position is responsible to maintain acceptable production outputs and quality of wire/cable assembly.
