Use close tolerance measuring tools i.e. scales, micrometers, calipers, depth gauges and like tools. Handling, mixing and applying various epoxy resin materials and systems. Use and maintain customer supplied tooling in proper working order. Follow engineering planning and accurately fill out and complete work orders. Keep a clean work area and have good work habits. Participate in projects developing process improvement methods, solutions and procedures to enhance program quality, cost and scheduling. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements High School or equivalent and/or technical school and minimum one (1) year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. This position will follow all safety and work procedures to stock parts in correct locations, visually inspect parts and components, wind condensers, assemble/disassemble/clan molds, load/unload clamping machines, prepare epoxy, monitor casting processes, operate curing ovens, assemble flanges and terminals, extrude silicone sheds, prepare bushings for testing, transport bushings to test and perform visual inspections.
