Work You'll Do:
Set up and operate manufacturing assembly line machinery and equipment
Use hand tools, power tools, jigs, and fixtures to install, assemble, and sub-assemble components
Fit, align, calibrate, and adjust parts to meet specified tolerances and operational requirements
Move, pack, and sort raw materials and finished goods
Monitor product quality, identify defective items, and re-manufacture or discard faulty products
Maintain accurate daily production records for performance analysis
Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively
Support continuous improvement initiatives and suggest process improvements as needed

Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred

About the Role
As an Electronic Assembler at DIT-MCO International, you'll play a hands-on role in building precision electronic components that support the aerospace industry.
