Feed product into machinery, verifying that materials used are as specified on the Pick List.
Ensure that specifications are met by using PDXpert.
Ensure no debris on product and materials.
Replenish cartons, cards, PVC, production supplies and products as needed.
Adjust and fix simple jams or contact maintenance for complex problems.
Monitor the product being packaged for proper orientation, correct and centered imprint and complete seal of the package.
Place products into bags, pack bags into cartons and apply appropriate labels on cartons.
Cut off supply of product for changeover based on quantity specified on Pick List. Notify the packing operator of the upcoming changeover.
Inform the Lead of material shortages.
Proper use of PPE to clean plates following completion of the order and return the plate to storage.
Return any excess brushes to stock once the order is complete.
Perform other duties as assigned.

**Job Description**
- Precisely place small components onto designated areas by hand.
- Use tools such as drills, mono-bolt guns, wrenches, and other equipment to aid in assembly.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints to install components, including relays, controllers, and controls on electrical panels, and review all SOPs and guidelines related to your tasks.
- Retrieve parts kits from inventory and inspect components for issues like pinholes or chips.
- Rotate between workstations as needed and take on various tasks within the production line.
- Follow quality standards and production guidelines to maintain high standards of work.
- Work effectively in a team-oriented environment, ready to collaborate as necessary.
**Qualifications:**
- A high school diploma or GED is strongly preferred, though candidates with relevant experience may also be considered.
- Basic computer skills are required.
- Must be able to read and understand tape measurements, work instructions, and other English-language documents.
- Must adhere to safety protocols and use personal protective equipment (PPE) correctly.
- Able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs, and stand or walk for 8+ hours.

Apply lean 5s principles.
