As a General Assembly Associate, you will install and manage other installers and customer support personnel. Managing the work for clarity through various online systems, communicating with the R&D for statuses and feature requests, and synchronizing the work with the PMO office.
Customer support requires high availability, excellent communications skills. This is done through proactive monitoring of online systems and getting requests from existing clients and installations.
Responsibilities and Duties
This position requires strong leadership, excellent client management skills, and experience in leading low voltage projects with cross-functional technical and operational teams. Manage all installation activities in Adomi projects - from design phase with the architects, to breathing BOMs, purchasing, and the actual installation on site
Manage a team of low voltage installers and customer support personnel
