Maintaining a clean and safe work area using 5S standards. Put parts where they belong and clean up after yourself.
Control use of fasteners by following Pick One Drive One - Drop One Find One (PODO-DOFO). This process ensures each associate is aware of where all fasteners are when performing their work to ultimately prevent dropping a fastener into the finished product.
Packs parts as required by inspecting parts for defects, removing old tags and trash items from containers, following packaging instructions, applying labels correctly to parts, package parts according to the approved packaging standards.
