This position plays a critical role in assembling heat exchanger components and ensuring product quality and consistency. Key Responsibilities: Assemble components and subassemblies using hand and power tools. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Conduct visual and mechanical inspections to ensure quality standards. Operate equipment such as fin machines, stackers, and leak testers. Maintain a clean and safe work environment following 5S and safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Accurately document work and report any issues to the supervisor. Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in assembly or related manufacturing work. Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive tasks. Team-oriented with good communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience in HVAC or heat exchanger assembly. Forklift or material handling certification.
