PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
Various Production line duties on production line(s) may include manual handling of product, visual quality inspection of product and/or packaging, following Good Manufacturing Practices, housekeeping, adhering to acceptable safety practices, following supervisory instructions, may be scheduled on different lines as per production needs, other duties as assigned, etc. Includes cupping and packaging duties in a conveyor belt setting which involves repetitive motion of hand, arm and shoulders and standing all shift. Cupping Line duties require dropping/separating paper cups and using other hand to fill each with correct number of cookies. Must be able to use both hands and rotate sides of belt. MINIMUM EDUCATION REQUIRED:
High School Diploma or GED and/or 1-year production experience in a manufacturing environment required.

Hunt Electric, Inc.and ICC of Salt Lake City, UTis searching fora full-time Skilled Assembly Technician to join our team within the Instrument Control Division.
Thisfull-time Skilled Assembly Technicianinvolvesprecisely building complex electrical panels and equipment from components using blueprints/schematics, using hand/power tools, and testing units. This requires strong attention to detail, problem-solving, mechanical aptitude, quality focus, and teamwork. We are looking for someone with responsibilities spanning assembly, quality checks, documentation, and sometimes minor repairs.
Major Duties:
Strong reading comprehension, attention to detail and organized.
Ability to read schematics and diagrams on installation of parts, wire, and components.
Ability to test and troubleshoot with a meter for accuracy.
Maintain appropriate work appearance:
Work pants worn in a conventional manner with no tears.
Work boots.
Possess knowledge of basic hand tools and ability to use and care for them.
Ability to meet deadlines.
Ability to route wires neatly
Proficient in basic math (algebra)
Proficient in all types of measuring tools as required.
Proficient in using computers to obtain and document information.
Actively contributes to a positive team environment.
Demonstrates dependability with regular attendance and compliance to scheduled work hours.
Other duties or locations as assigned by Manager.
Minimum Qualifications:
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Ability to lift 50lbs to 100lbs.
Must be willing to work overtime and/or weekends when needed.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

EMS, located in Ogden, Utah (near the Wasatch Mountains) is seeking a Solder Technician to assemble and inspect electronic circuit boards using both surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques. This position plays a key role in ensuring our customers receive high-quality, reliable products that meet IPC standards and strict industry expectations.
Pay: $18/hr - training provided
Schedule: Full-time, Monday - Thursday 6a - 4:30p - Friday overtime as needed

About the Role
You will be responsible for assembling and inspecting electronic circuit boards using both surface mount and through-hole soldering techniques. You'll be responsible for ensuring our customers receive high-quality, reliable products that meet IPC standards and strict industry expectations.
Basic Duties
Solder surface mount and through-hole components under a microscope using lead-free and tin-lead solder
Inspect solder joints, component placement, and polarity to ensure quality and IPC compliance
Perform first article and first board inspections
Operate automated production equipment including AOI systems, Hakko equipment, and heat wands
Perform light rework and repairs using tools such as solder wick
Maintain IPC-A-610 workmanship standards (Level II and/or III)
Follow ESD procedures and safety protocols
Communicate effectively with teammates, leads, and engineering support
Assist with training as experience develops
Support continuous improvement activities
Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow written and verbal instructions
What We're Looking For
Preferred: IPC-A-610 certification (or willingness to obtain - training provided)
Preferred: J-STD-001 certification (or willingness to obtain - training provided)
Preferred: Prior electronics assembly or manufacturing experience
Strong attention to detail and quality focus
Ability to follow standards, procedures, and technical instructions
Good communication skills and teamwork mindset
Dependable, punctual, and committed to doing excellent work
Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word & Excel a plus)
Willingness to follow PPE and ESD safety requirements
Physical & Work Environment
Work performed in a clean, ESD-controlled production environment
Ability to sit or stand for extended periods and perform precision work under a microscope
Visual acuity to inspect fine detail and small components
Frequent fine motor work and hand dexterity
Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs and occasionally 45 lbs (with assistance when needed)
Exposure to normal manufacturing noise and chemicals
