Production Worker: Clatskanie Stimson Lumber Company's production workers have the unique opportunity to cross-train among different roles within the mill, setting them up for advancement in the company. On the job training, apprenticeships and classroom education is available for employees looking to pursue a career with Stimson. Starting Pay: Base pay for this entry level position will start at $21.50/hour. People with significant experience may come in at a higher level. The range for Production Workers is $21.50-25/hour. Overtime: This position is eligible for Overtime at $32.25/hour. Commute Pay: All Mill employees receive a $350/month fringe benefit to help with the cost of commuting and transportation.
