The ideal candidate will be competent in building Livestock, Commodity, and Gooseneck trailers from raw materials. Responsibilities: • Build assemblies by interpreting work orders, production orders, and blueprints. • Cut raw materials to length depending on specifications using a tape measure and portable power saw. • Position parts according to knowledge of unit or following blueprints. • Fasten parts together with bolts, screws, hucks, rivets, etc as required by specs. • Drill or ream rivet holes as needed, align parts, and inserts rivets. • Lift raw materials, final products, and items manually (up to 51 pounds). • Check work against quality standards and sign off on Quality Sheet. • Ensure work is done safely and meets quality standards. • Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities. • Follow all company rules and polices. • Provide a great level of attention to detail. • Follow all safety rules and quality standards. • Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.
