Essential Job Functions
Near perfect attendance
Read/measure glass accurately with tape measure
Check glass quality and be able to identify basic glass defects
Place glass in correct Customer positions into bungees, harps and squeeze racks
Should be able to accurately reject glass from bungees and squeeze racks
Properly close finished orders
Must be able to properly edge delete glass without causing Quality issues
Read and fill out proper unload paperwork (run list, packing maps)
Should be able to set up customer orders properly
Communicate with the Q.A and furnace operator in regards to quality or breakage issues
Never allow the line to get backed up with glass
Must possess a high sense of urgency

**Summary** Under General supervision, work on the production line to build manufactured housing, as part of a team, and perform quality work at a fast moving and consistent manner.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities** include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
+ Performs all manual labor in the area to which assigned.
+ Install/Repair/Replace Shingles
+ Keeps area neat and clean.
+ Read and use a tape measure
+ Read blue prints and orders
+ Communicate well with coworkers
+ Use hand tools, air tools, and electrical tools

+ Must have a strong work ethic
+ Must have the ability to work quickly and methodically
+ Must understand safety procedures
+ Must have good teamwork skills

**Qualifications**
+ Less than high school education; or up to one month related experience or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
+ Previous experience in manufacturing/modular housing desired.
