What you'll Get to do: Performs a variety of tasks ranging from repetitive to non-repetitive production assembly operations on electronic and/or mechanical assemblies and subassemblies such as modules, boards, panels, drawers, frames, and cables Works from diagrams and drawings, makes initial layouts, and uses hand and/or power tools, jigs, and saws Continuously checks on work in process and completed Conducts quality inspections on processing line in accordance with quality specifications Disassemble, modify, rework, reassemble, and test experimental or prototype assemblies and subassemblies according to specifications and under simulated conditions. Basic Qualifications: High School diploma or GED with 2 years of experience in electronics manufacturing, Assembly, or related field J-STD-001 solder certification, or similar experience or certifications The ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret Security Clearance is required U.S. citizenship required Preferred Qualifications: Active DoD Secret clearance SAP clearances/experience Advanced education and/or experience assembling and troubleshooting RF and/or CNI systems IPC-A-620 Standard certification for cable and wire harness assemblies including crimped, soldered and mechanically secured connections Experience with shop floor manufacturing systems (SAP, Solumina, Tableau, etc.) Experience with ESD (electrostatic discharge) and FOD (foreign object damage) control. Experience with CUI (controlled unclassified information) and COMSEC (communications security). Experience with FAR, ITAR, AS9100, and/or ISO 90001 rules and regulations. Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. Where federal, state, or local minimum wage requirements exist, employee pay will comply. Compensation Range: $23.90 - $44.40 Per Hour Depending on the position offered, employee may be eligible for other forms of compensation, such as annual incentives.
