DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Verify parts to their assembly instructions and print
* Check every part for the physical defect
* Identify the defective part for rework
* Package parts to ship without damage
* Check the correct quantities of all work orders
* Will correctly key and label parts
* Take part in monthly presentations and continuous improvement efforts
ATTRIBUTES
* Must be able to multi-task
* Must take responsibility for all parts coming through their work center
* Must be quality focused
* Must be able to learn certain program functions
* Must be able to read prints
* Must be able to read a tape measure
QUALIFICATIONS
* Basic computer knowledge
* Ability to read prints
* Able to lift up to 50lbs
* High school diploma/GED preferred
The target hourly range is $19.50 - $22.00, depending upon qualifications and experience. Expanded pay ranges may be available for growth and advancement opportunities. In addition to hourly pay, the compensation package also includes eligibility for profit-sharing and monthly bonus opportunity.
