JOB SUMMARY: The Assembler is responsible for following work instructions and using a variety of equipment to correctly assemble, test, and package medical devices.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Assemble, test, and package medical devices and related products in accordance with documented work instructions and procedures.
Work in a cleanroom environment; following contamination control practices to ensure product cleanliness.
Maintain consistent quality and workmanship of the products produced.
Work cooperatively on an assembly team to achieve production targets.
Understand and comply with Quality Management System requirements.
Record information accurately, neatly, and where required.
Successfully complete all assigned training.
Adhere to all Company policies and procedures.

Assist other team members.
Maintain a clean and safe work area and follow standard safety procedures and personal protective equipment requirements.

•Masking and proper preparation of electric and hydraulic drive equipment and the preparation and protection of glassed surfaces.
•Meeting paint specifications including wet and dry film thickness and recoating of primer and intermediate (guide) coats.
