High volume and fast paced position in which the associate will assemble various products with an opportunity to train and operate multiple pieces of equipment.

* Operation of equipment to laminate fabric to various substrates
* Finish panel skins with back-wrapping operations
* Assemble components into finished product
* Pack finished product for shipment and label for shipment
* Keep accurate records of jobs performed
* Wand product information into computerized inventory system
* Transport stock to and from work area
* Mark job loads with order number
* Inspect produced parts for quality and quantity
* Requisition supplies as needed
* Work from verbal or written instructions
* May be required to pack units for shipment
* Plan jobs to be most efficient

Participates in standard job rotations. Perform job rotation with team members to insure proper standardized work and ergonomic safety.

Perform all duties according to safety policies and procedures

Performs all 5S housekeeping tasks in appropriate areas. Works to ensure work area is maintained in a clean, orderly and safe condition at all times. Completes all regularly scheduled 5S checks. Immediately alerts team member and team coordinators of all unsafe work conditions.

Participates as a member of the Manufacturing Team, i.e. Trim, Shipping, Fabrication, etc. Participates in ongoing development, communication and implementation of team concepts, programs and policies. Coordinates work to ensure best practices with all team members. Attends appropriate team meetings. Accepts responsibility to quickly identify any areas of lack of cohesiveness, bringing them to the attention of the team leader and working with the team in a supportive manner to resolve issues effecting cohesiveness. Actively look for ways, and reinforce actions needed, to achieve synergy possible within the larger organization.

Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives. This position description is intended to guide the activities of the Manufacturing Team Member, i.e. Trim, Shipping, Fabrication, etc. Finishing Team Member. + Conduct yourself in a courteous and professional manner when interacting with store management and associates.

+ While assembly of bicycles are the majority of your work; retailers require support building outdoor grills, furniture, and other products needing assembly for the customer or for store display, assembling customer on-line orders as necessary.

+ Exhibit the highest level of competency, safety, and accuracy in the assembly of products.

+ Understand and can demonstrate competency in completing minor and major repairs as needed.

+ Accurately capture all required information for each assembled item and enter them into T-ROC's mobile reporting tool for proper tracking.

+ Maintain and manage assembly equipment in a manner that will keep all materials in correct working order in accordance with T-ROC's Assembly Technician Tools / Equipment Policy.

+ Complete shift-end survey reported via T-ROC's mobile reporting tool, which may include store and market-level intelligence.

+ Meet or exceed T-ROC's minimum performance standards.

+ Adhere to all retailer guidelines for in-store third-party vendors.

+ Maintain neat, clean appearance and exhibit professional demeanor at all times.

+ Stay up-to-date and compliant with all required technician training.

+ Previous big box retail experience, preferably in a fast-paced role requiring time sensitive completion of physical labor work activities.

• Perform electronic chassis wiring and cable fabrication according to specifications.

• Quality inspection of own work and the work of others to processes and standards.

• Maintain a clean, tidy and organized work area.

• Keeps supervisor appraised of all unresolved and/or potential problems and work interruptions that will negatively affect daily, weekly and monthly production schedules.

• Provides support to Production Manager on all production assignments and may work in other departments as necessary.

• Must adhere to ESD, Laser, general manufacturing, and Health & Safety requirements specifically in regard to laser light.


• Liaise with other departments to ensure a smooth production process.

• Present any production improvement ideas which could improve the process using agreed methods.

• Provide solutions where possible for problems found in day to day tasks & prevent them occurring in the future.

• May be requested to assist in other job duties as required within the facility

Machine Operator

Material Handler

Material handlers are responsible for moving products, storing items, and managing supplies to proper shelf categories. Forklift operators are responsible for loading and unloading cargo, operating the machine to ensure that the cargo reaches its destination, and complying with safety protocols. Quality Inspector
