In this role, you will be responsible for collaborating with product development and design teams to ensure accurate products, working heavily in excel to track samples, create POs and ensure PO accuracy. You should be comfortable with NetSuite, understand the production process and collaboration with multiple departments. To be a fit, you must have 3+ years of sourcing and purchasing experience, excellent organizational skills, strong in Microsoft Excel and detail oriented. This CPG organization creates a fun product and has a seasoned team of designers and production teammates eager to have you join them! This role is based in San Francisco, ******************** and will require you to go in 3 days a week, Tues-Thurs with 2 remote work from home days. The team is looking for a 40 hrs a week, and hourly pay ranges from $32-$42 an hour based on relevant experience. You will: Track product development and communicate with teammates to ensure timely delivery. Coordinate projects between the production, design and supply team for new product development. Review important invoicing and packing documents to ensure alignment with POs input. Create POs and ensure PO accuracy. Additional design, sourcing and production projects as needed.
