What Does An Assembly Supervisor Do At Snap-On Incorporated

* Lead manufacturing team to achieve established targets for on-time shipments (COT).
* Maintain high product quality and manufacturing efficiency while ensuring optimal use of resources and adherences to best safety practices.

* This position develops, schedules and implements work activities for the manufacturing and assembly area.
* Coordinates day to day activities of the production process, including personnel supervision, work assignments, and coordination of the product flow through the production phase.
