S.A. Comunale Co., Inc. is looking for a Fire Sprinkler Layout Technician to join our growing full-service mechanical and fire protection team. This is a highly specialized role with strong demand across our projects.

Responsibilities
Design and structure fire sprinkler systems (wet, dry, pre-action, deluge, foam, etc.) in compliance with NFPA standards and local codes.
Perform hydraulic calculations and size system components, including pipes, valves, pumps, and sprinkler heads.
Develop detailed CAD/BIM drawings and submittal packages for permitting and approvals.
Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and multiple trades to ensure seamless integration.
Support inspections, revisions, and special hazard systems as needed.
Collaborate with our fabrication and installation teams to execute your designs in the field.
Qualifications
5-10 years' related experience preferred, but candidates with more or less may be considered depending on the position.

Strong knowledge of NFPA and local building/fire codes.
Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, Revit, HydraCAD, AutoSPRINK, SprinkCAD, BIM (experience with multiple programs preferred but we will not rule out expertise on single or fewer programs).
NICET certification (preferred); willingness to pursue if not already certified.
Ability to handle complex projects and tight deadlines while working both collaboratively as part of a team and with minimal supervision.

Job Summary
The technicians are for executing extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for cannabis production. Technicians conduct the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle, including packaging, and labeling of cannabis for our customer.
Lab: Learns the extraction processes to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production. On a given day, you may:
* Assemble or fabricate mechanical parts and pieces using a variety of hand tools and equipment,
* Complete safety programs within JBT expectations (BBSO's, Near Misses, etc.).to include exceeding goals,
* Read and interpret basic blueprints for assembling machines to proper specifications
* Perform quality work checks to ensure the product meets standards and complete appropriate documentation when defects are identified
* Perform all work following quality standards,
* Use in-house mechanical equipment such as forklift, overhead cranes, and hoists,
* Maintain work areas and equipment, tools and machines in a safe, neat and orderly condition,
* Clock in and out of job/rework/project/builds by use of E10,
* Operate bead blast/power wash/ paint booths,
* Perform all work following quality standards and established safety procedures,
* Travel on short notice as part of the apprenticeship program,
* Diagnose problems, dismantle machines, replace defective parts and reassemble machines,
* Set up and adjust machines to equipment specifications,
* Keep training jacket updated daily with on-the-job training details and level signoffs,
* Perform all tasks with required safety equipment and comply with all safety regulations and company policies,
* After completion of apprenticeship program, team member will be transferred to the Field Service department.

Job Summary
The technicians are for executing extraction, infusion, processing, and packaging plans in keeping with the Company's operating procedures for cannabis production. Technicians conduct the day-to-day assignments and tasks of the cannabis production cycle, including packaging, and labeling of cannabis for our customer.
Lab: Learns the extraction processes to facilitate and drive distillate and concentrate production. The technician will perform a broad range of duties related to day-to-day operations and production of oil.
