The Team:
This role is a part of the production assembly team. The production assembly team works with the scheduling, materials, and operations teams to accomplish work and provides necessary components to further processing.
The Role:
This position spends time assembling sub-assemblies and thermal chambers with other production team members. This position will assemble together components, wire harnesses and metal parts to build thermal chambers as specified by schematics, diagrams, and manufacturing instructions using hand tools.
Qualifications
You will spend your time:
Maintaining clean and orderly workstations and equipment following 5s guidelines
Completing tasks as designated by production schedules with minimum supervision
Inspecting equipment, structures, or materials to identify the cause of errors or other problems or defects. Report defects and safety concerns to Cell Coordinators.
Aligning and clamping work pieces together, using rule, square, template or set up, placing them in fixtures, jigs, or vise
Performing electrical and sub-assembly processes using power tools such as drills, grinders, pneumatic rivet guns, and Dremel tools on a daily basis
Using HVAC equipment such as manifold gauges, vacuum pumps, and micron gauges
Watching gauges, dials, or other indicators to make sure a machine is working properly
Using hands and arms in handling, installing, positioning, and moving materials, and manipulating work pieces
Performing other duties assigned as needed

Additional Job Requirements:
Advanced level technical position within the network control monitor and surveillance discipline with a high skill set and proficiency working under minimal supervision. Conducts work assignments of complex nature with an expert understanding of telecommunications network technical environments. Essential Duties:
Monitor the network and associated network elements; investigating and determining the cause of network events and alarms. Perform network troubleshooting and corrective maintenance. Compile and submit notifications and reports on network status and activity. Initiate notifications to management as determined by protocol to ensure the proper operation and maintenance of the company's network.
Work closely with various engineering and network control technicians to develop and implement tools and processes to improve capabilities ensuring quality service levels. Provide on-the-job technical training, oversight and mentorship to junior technicians.
Interact with internal teams; the company's customers and vendors in a professional manner to resolve issues at the lowest level and as timely as possible.

Job Description
A TRS Technician is responsible for safely and professionally operating casing running equipment at various rig/field sites, and providing maintenance and repair to company's equipment to keep it in working condition and in compliance with manufacturer's and company's quality standards.
Responsibilities
* Have a working knowledge of the basics and functionality of Tubular Running Service (TRS) Manual Handling Equipment, Power Equipment, Bucking Units and Thread Monitoring Systems as it applies to the assigned business segment.
* Handle and operate casing running equipment, including: casing running tools, power tongs, elevators, power slips, control panels, and hydraulic power units.
* Work with hand tools and operate hydraulically activated equipment
* Rig up, run, and rig down various components on a drilling rig.
