Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience as an electronics technician. Proven background in board-level, system-level, and spacecraft-level electronics hardware. Demonstrated expertise in fabricating, assembling, and testing avionics and electrical assemblies. Must hold one or more of the following certifications: IPC/WHMA-A-620: Requirements and Acceptance for Cable and Wire Harness Assemblies with Space and Military Applications (Electronic Hardware Addendum) IPC J-STD-001: Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies with Space and Military Applications NASA-STD-8739.1: Workmanship Standard for Polymeric Application on Electronic Assemblies Strong track record of delivering results in fast-paced, ambiguous environments. Proactive problem-solver with sound judgment and the ability to address complex challenges effectively. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring high-quality results. Skills The ability to read and understand electrical drawings and diagrams of avionics systems, assemblies, and wiring layouts Familiarity with standard lab test equipment (multimeters, oscilloscopes, data acquisition boxes, etc.). Must be able to interact with all engineering disciplines and technical management in a professional team-oriented environment Executes priorities with precision and pace High EQ and ability to collaborate within teams and cross-functionally Tech-savvy in using systems and tools to move faster and smarter Excellent written and verbal communication skills Competencies: Embody our core values of leadership, innovation, and teamwork.
