Performs processes to complete assembly and subassembly.
Measure workpiece dimensions to determine accuracy of machine operation
Use hand tools, presses, power tools and fastening machines
Complete change overs and keep work area clean
Must regularly lift and move up to 10 - 35 pounds.
Any other duties as assigned by the supervisor or lead.

This 3-month temporary position, beginning November 3rd, is ideal for individuals starting their manufacturing career. Team members in this role learn foundational assembly techniques, develop familiarity with tools and documentation, and support production activities while building experience and consistency.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Assemble simple components using hand tools, fixtures, and basic equipment
• Follow work instructions, visual aids, and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
• Perform visual inspections and basic quality checks on assembled parts
• Assist in preparing parts, materials, and workstations for daily operations
• Work collaboratively with team members and respond to feedback and coaching
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in line with lean/5S practices
• Participate in training sessions and skill development activities
• Meet assigned production goals and report any issues to the lead or supervisor
Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
• Basic understanding of hand tools and mechanical concepts
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
Education/Previous Experience Requirements:
• High school diploma or GED required
• No prior experience necessary - training provided
• Previous experience in a production or team-based environment is a plus

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Uses correct product specifications and assembly procedure/work instructions for each product.
Assembles subassemblies and finished goods, using fixtures, hand, or power tools.
Follows the master production schedule for the facility, while providing adjustments and communication for changes in customer requirements, delays in receiving raw materials, availability of production equipment, etc.
Working knowledge of standards and regulations as outlined in the Quality Management System (QMS) documentation and structure.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent required.
Experience in manufacturing and/or medical device a plus!
