Duties and Responsibilities:
· Use various manual and powered hand tools to assemble units according to customer specifications
· Perform brazing for refrigeration and water circuit per print requirements
· Perform high voltage, 3-phase wiring of electrical system
· Reads blueprints work instructions, and wiring diagrams to build or modify units
· Ensure completion of Quality and Production checklists/processes
· Use computer to access and enter information including Windows based and CAD platforms
· Keep work area neat, clean and orderly
· Operate overhead hoists, manual hand trucks, and powered industrial trucks when required
Qualifications :

- Ability to measure, cut, fit, and insulate water piping assembly

Our Fletcher, NC facility is looking for Assembly Technicians to join our wonderful team. This position is responsible for the assembly of carriers and components for tandem front and rear heavy-duty drive axles according to standard work instructions and engineering specifications in a safe and quality-driven manner.
The Assembly Technician will work in a team environment while using systems and processes such as no-fault forward, mistake avoidance, alert systems, and self and succession checks to ensure no issues are passed to the next operation. In the event any issues or non-conformities are discovered, the Assembly Technician must follow procedures and/or escalate to the Team Lead or Facilitator.
$21.49 - $27.58 HOURLY PAY- Depending on Experience with a $1.00 Shift Differential
