Essential Duties and Responsibilities
* Performs all work in a manner that conforms to safety and environmental policies of the Company.
* Plans assembly procedures, following specifications.
* Removes small quantities of metal to clean parts or to produce close fit between parts.
* Drills, taps, or reams holes.
* Align components, bolts, screws, or rivets them together.
* Installs moving parts, such as shafts, levers, or bearings, and works them to test free movement.
* Aligns and meshes gears in gearbox to assemble system of gears.
* Sub-assemblies will include, but not be limited to transmissions, brakes, panel plates, and final assemblies.
* Works from blueprints, production illustrations, process sheets, production test procedures, written and oral instructions where assembly methods and procedures are established.
* This classification also requires team members to rotate into all areas of classification on a regular basis.
* Assists or performs training of other personnel on job duties as directed by Supervisor
* Performs other duties conducive to assuring optimum productivity within the Plant as the need arises, and other duties as assigned by Supervisor.

Independently work with SharePoint sites and other computer systems;

Demonstrate a working knowledge of OSHA rules and regulations for construction projects, shall follow these rules and regulations, and shall inform others present what the regulations are, and when they are not being followed;
Travel as a passenger in ATV's and UTVs in the various areas;
Assist with typing, generating, assembling, reviewing, updating, completing, and distributing reports, paper or digital, for inventory, dam assessment, dam inspection, project inspection, quality reviews, progress, and other reports required by any NRCS Program, initiative, database, or policy;
