Responsibilities

Development Support

WHAT YOU HAVE
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Technical education or development background (e.g., HTL or equivalent) preferred.
Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL, SAP, Azure, AWS, or CompTIA) are a plus.
2-4 years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or digital operations.
Hands-on experience with CMMS platforms (preferably KiSoft CMMS), including deployment, configuration, and user support.
Experience supporting SAP consignment stock processes and related integrations.
Proven ability to deliver technical training and create user documentation.
Familiarity with DevOps tools and workflows (e.g., JIRA, Git) and agile development environments.
Experience with data handling, including exports, transformation, and reporting.
Exposure to cloud infrastructure and network support (e.g., Azure, AWS).
Proficiency with CMMS software applications and mobile/web-based tools.
Basic Linux knowledge (e.g., navigating directories, checking logs and processes).
Scripting/shell language proficiency for automation and support tasks.
Basic networking skills (e.g., ping, traceroute, connectivity troubleshooting).
Experience configuring and supporting mobile devices (e.g., tablets).
Familiarity with database access, data manipulation, and interface configuration.
Understanding of system maintenance tasks such as cluster restarts and software updates.
Knowledge of cloud environments and cybernetics clusters a plus
Basic Kubernetes (K8s) understanding and cloud management skills a plus
