Job Responsibilities:

Program and maintain testing equipment including ICT, Flying Probe, and X-ray systems

Monitor and improve testing station performance metrics
Provide technical training to operators on equipment usage and procedures
Lead new product introduction (NPI) validation processes
Coordinate preventive maintenance programs for test equipment
Support daily production troubleshooting needs
Participate in PFMEA activities and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or related field preferred
2-3 years of experience in PCBA manufacturing and testing required

Main Responsibilities:
Can be assigned to any the following areas: Cleaning, Breakdown, Machine Prep, Machine Assembly, Motor Sub-Assembly, Plumbing Sub-Assembly, Components Test and Clean, Material Handling or Shipping.
Basic electrical wiring, routine testing of mechanical / hydraulic / pneumatic components of assembled units and make necessary adjustment and /or corrections.
Use and set up all required power tools and equipment.
Work from procedure sheets, parts diagrams, specification sheets, or verbal/written instructions.
If assigned to Refurb Shipping area, receive and ship all dish machines for the Refurb area. Verify the accuracy of serial numbers. Maintain dirty machine inventory and Preparation of bill of ladings. Work well as part of a team and have the ability to get along well with other people.
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED.
Mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity
Able to interpret color coding for basic wiring.

The Assembly Associate II, Consumables will be responsible for building of cassettes for use by Engineering, Development, Clinical Studies, and product sales. The Kit Assembly Associate - Day-to-Day:
You will need to understand and interpret instructions on production orders which describe the components including chemicals, supplies, and apparatus needed to assemble subcomponents or kits.
You will conduct quality and quantity control checks to ensure complete and total accuracy of multiple components including chemicals being packaged. Inspect materials, products, and containers at each step of packaging process for correctness.
Use machinery for assembly of some items (i.e. wire machine, dialysis tubing counter, paper cutter, etc). Safely and efficiently use necessary equipment, to accommodate the work and return to appropriate storage locations once job completed.
Stack finished products onto skids either individually or boxed. Move products throughout warehouse through the use of pallet jacks, cart, or hand truck.
Properly record information such as production process time and date packaged on work order via computer tracking system.
You will use computer and/or scanning gun to create labels for finished products. Mark items with the appropriate Flinn Item # when necessary.

Skills & Qualifications
2+ years previous experience in a manufacturing environment.
Must have mechanical experience.
Must be able to work independently & within a team.
Experience with Hydraulic Press Operation, Machining or Tooling preferred.
High School Diploma or GED. Trade or other secondary schooling a plus.
Troubleshooting and multitasking skills
Basic addition and subtraction/Reading and writing skills.
Ability to follow directions and focus on completing tasks.
Must be willing to work on a wide range of tasks.
Ability to follow safety rules and the 5s principles of a work environment.
Ability to do repetitive work including walking, standing, and lifting for extended periods of time.
Capable of lifting 50 lbs.
