Sweat the small stuff to deliver high‑craft, interaction‑rich user experiences that set a new standard for the industry. Qualifications 8+ year of experience building and tech leading high‑craft software products, with deep experience in both user‑facing product development or have shipped AI features from 0‑1. You have hands‑on experience building with LLMs, an understanding of how they work, and a genuine curiosity to go deep on the technology. You have a strong track record of coaching and mentoring software engineers.
