The Assembly and Test Technician works in a cleanroom environment, performing micro-electronics assembly and soldering for production PCBA's, cables, interconnects and camera assemblies. **Your duties would include:** + Performing a wide variety of electrical/mechanical product assembly operations on components, assemblies or sub-assemblies by studying assembly instructions and following blueprint specifications and schematics + Populating PCB's from Work Instructions, Assembly Drawings and Bills of Material, to include Board Mount, soldering and inspection + Assembling detailed and complex components by positioning parts and sub-assemblies to required standards such as J-STD-001/IPC 610 **Required skills include:** + Ability to meet/exceed production schedules and deadlines according to quality standards + Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed + Ability to work in Cleanrooms + Ability to read simple assembly drawings + Knowledge of ESD (Electrostatic discharge) procedures + Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office + Ability to multi-task and work with general instruction on daily activities **Required Education and Experience:** + HS Diploma or equivalent, plus 3-5 years of relevant work experience + Experience with soldering and mechanical assembly + Experience cleaning PCB's and assemblies throughout process and after completion + Experience maintaining logs, paperwork and forms accurately, consistent with company policy and practices + Experience and certification to J-STD-001, Space Addendum preferred **Citizenship Requirements:** + Due to the type of work at the facility and certain access restrictions, successful applicants must be a U.S. Citizen **Ready to join our team?
